Pacnet’s Co-location Service is available as a standard service, or with an optional maintenance package consisting of additional services such as on-site maintenance support and proactive 24x7 monitoring.

• On-site access to Pacnet’s Pan-Asian fiber infrastructure and a wide range of value-added connectivity, data communications and IP-based services.
• Interconnect with our regional carrier partners or access local loop providers at a carrier-neutral environment.
• Variety of space and installation options, including footprint, cabinet (full, half and quarter), cages and suites.
• Supports various types of cross connection and in-housing wiring including Cat5e, coaxial and fiber connection.
• Alarm monitoring of co-located equipment generating report according to pre-defined channel with options for equipment alarm and cable inspection.
• Power on/off and press reset button.
• Physical circuit loop back, based on customer request and instruction.
• Faulty and spare parts management allowing physical plug-in and unplug of faulty spare card based on customer's instruction.

Co-location service can be bundled with all Pacnet connectivity services and Managed Router and Managed Firewall solutions.
